How We Got Started
Delgado Insulation was founded by Carlos Delgado after more than a decade working in the insulation trade across the Houston metro. After years of watching homeowners get sold the wrong products — or have jobs done poorly by crews who didn't understand Houston's climate — Carlos decided to start his own company with a simple standard: do the job right, treat people fairly, and stand behind your work.
We've grown steadily through referrals from satisfied customers. We don't spend heavily on advertising — we invest in training, equipment, and making sure every job we complete is one we're proud of. That approach has built us a reputation we're protective of.
What We Stand For
Honest Assessments
We'll tell you what your home actually needs — not the most expensive option. If a simple top-up is all that's required, that's what we'll recommend.
Our Own Crew
We don't subcontract. Every job is completed by our own trained team, which means consistent quality and accountability on every project.
Clean, Respectful Work
We treat your home with care. We protect your space, clean up after ourselves, and leave the job site the way we found it.
Licensed, Insured & Certified
We hold all required Texas contractor licenses and carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every job. Our crew members are trained and certified in spray foam application, blown-in installation, and safe insulation removal practices.
